Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at EBR. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle clients' deposits and withdrawals in a timely manner
  • Follow account opening processes to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
  • Support other Customer Support Representatives as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple languages is highly regarded
  • Understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded and reliable team player
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills and polished phone manner
