The role of a Customer Development Manager is to build and maintain exceptional customer relationships, providing a sales and service experience that showcases your passion for the automotive industry.
Australia's leader in Automotive Aftermarket Parts is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our high-performance sales team and customer-first culture. With direction from your Channel Manager, you will develop effective business relationships with target customers using our CRM Platform and best-in-class promotional activity.
Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, proactively solving their problems, and identifying areas to grow their share of spend with us. You are accountable for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory, comprising approximately 150 Customers.
To be successful in this role, you will have an interest in the automotive industry, along with sales and/or customer management experience. You should thrive on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment within a customer-focused culture.
- Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
In addition, you will:
