We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team in Canning Vale, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment. No two days will be the same as you work closely with a supportive team that values growth and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing face-to-face customer support, handling inquiries, sourcing parts, and managing backorder ETAs
  • Performing warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock put-aways
  • Replenishing stock and conducting regular stock takes
  • Processing purchases via cash, card, or account
  • Maintaining showroom displays and rotating stock
  • Keeping the counter and packing areas clean, organized, and efficient

We offer an outstanding training program to set you up for success from day one. If you don't have all the skills yet - we will train you.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment
  • A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • A curious, growth-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and a proactive approach to seeking support when needed
