Job Description

The role of a Technical Support Officer is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of workshop practices and maintaining accurate workshop reporting.

This position requires strong technical skills, with the ability to administer submissions related to warranty and policy claims as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking technical practitioner duties, repairing and maintaining complex issues, and ensuring workpacks and BOMs align with referenced technical data.

Furthermore, this role involves providing technical assistance and support, maintaining technical registers, managing technical enquiries, conducting planned maintenance and corrective actions, and supervising other staff, including trainees and/or apprentices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Certified IV Aeroskills - Mechanical
  • Maintenance and repair experience
  • Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor
  • First Aid Qualified (Desirable)

In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will have had some form of experience in workplace training and assessment. Self-starters and those looking to become leaders in this field are encouraged to apply.
