Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our engine maintenance team, working on cutting-edge engine platforms in the defence sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing complex engine maintenance activities, including strip-down, inspection, and assembly.
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to approved publications, technical data, and work instructions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work in progress.
  • Conducting supervisory and inspection duties as specified by aviation regulators.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring the safety of others.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of gas turbine engine maintenance.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience working within airworthiness rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and composition of maintenance worksheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
  • A passion for delivering results.
