Leadership Opportunity in Rehabilitation

Join our multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to rehabilitation and wellness.

We are seeking a talented Team Leader to oversee the performance and quality of our team. If you have experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to gather and analyze information accurately, and provide thorough and comprehensive assessments.

This role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients, including rewarding work with DVA clients.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Consultants, mentoring and training junior staff members, and providing advice and coaching on case management practices.

You will also identify Return To Work barriers and design, implement and monitor those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling
  • Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
