Healthcare Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Allied Health Professional to lead our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.

This role provides an ideal blend of leadership focus and holistic quality of care with clients, including rewarding work with DVA clients.

• Lead and coach a team of Consultants
• Oversee the team's performance and quality
• Explore new opportunities and growth areas
• Mentor and train junior staff members
• Provide advice and coaching on case management practices

The successful candidate will have qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab Counselling.

• Qualifications and registration in relevant field
• Minimum one year of experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis
• Ability to provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
