Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.

As a valued member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify barriers and designing programs to assist injured employees in returning to work
  • Providing Vocational and Adjustment to Injury Counselling services
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve positive outcomes for all parties

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work and current membership or eligibility with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Determination to deliver high-quality customer service
