Occupational Rehabilitation Leadership Role

As an Occupational Therapy Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of rehabilitation consultants in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding results
  • Oversee team performance and quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Explore new opportunities for growth and development, driving business expansion and innovation
  • Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering their skills and expertise
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on case management practices, while managing a reduced specialized case load
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, or Rehab Counselling are essential
  • A current vehicle and driver's license are required, as travel may be necessary for work
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation is preferred
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills are crucial for confidently liaising with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
