Wholesale Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Wholesale Account Manager to oversee key wholesale accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This role entails building strong, long-term partnerships with our retail partners, ensuring alignment with account goals and delivering commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts across ANZ, growing relationships and executing strategy.
- Act as the primary contact, delivering service excellence and ensuring alignment with account goals and company objectives.
- Partner with accounts to plan seasonal assortments, present new collections, and drive sell-in opportunities.
- Monitor in-season performance, identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with accounts on promotional activity, merchandising, and in-store initiatives.
- Track sales trends, account performance, and order patterns to inform business decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with product, planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in wholesale account management, sales, or similar - ideally in sporting goods, apparel, or retail.
- Strong track record of growing accounts in the ANZ market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and act on sales trends.
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sport and performance apparel is a plus.
