Take the next step in your administrative career by joining our team as a Client Administrator & Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, loves working with people and wants to build a long-term future in a professional services environment.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing office operations, including reception, greeting clients and general office duties. You will also support Financial Advisers by managing client meetings, assisting with record keeping and documentation.
Additionally, you will work with our CRM and IT systems such as MS365 and Xplan. Your attention to detail and great organisational habits will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
