Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales methodologies that align with our customers' needs, ensuring seamless sales and success processes.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills of our revenue responsible roles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and leverage subject matter experts, ensuring that our sales and success teams have access to the latest industry insights and best practices.
  • Support the customization of sales assets, including decks, one-pagers, and emails, to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive new business opportunities.
  • Research and implement productivity tools and learning platforms that enhance our teams' performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and assess training content and tools, making recommendations for improvement to ensure our teams remain competitive and effective.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in learning, sales enablement, or a relevant client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or digital experiences.
  • BA degree or above in Corporate Training, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, with a strong background in teaching or educational experience.
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving business growth through effective sales enablement strategies.
