International Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned business professional to spearhead our international expansion in the Asian market. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage commercial and brand performance across international markets in Asia.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading in-market partnerships to achieve commercial deliverables and grow our branded presence across focus channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Performance Management: Develop plans to optimize the commercial performance of the carcass and collaborate with processing teams to manage customer requirements through complex supply chains.
  • Market Analysis: Work with the wider commercial team to understand assigned markets' role in the Commercial Plan.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Participate in budget-building sessions and provide detailed insight for assigned markets regarding price and volume.
  • Market Planning: Develop, refine, and manage comprehensive market plans for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets.
  • Delivery and Execution: Drive delivery of market plans including financial, customer experience, and performance of partners.
  • Trend Identification and Innovation: Develop and communicate understanding of assigned markets, identify emerging trends, and support product innovation.
  • Distribution Partnerships: Engage distribution partners across assigned markets, conduct Joint Business Planning, and regular account reviews.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively develop and strengthen relationships with target chefs, retailers, and distributors in-market and drive partnership outcomes.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and establish new business opportunities and customer leads.
