Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative at our esteemed establishment.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests over the phone and in person, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Administration: Manage administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting as required.
  • Availability: Be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to convey energy and sincerity over the phone.
  • Technology: Possess basic computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and have knowledge of Fidelio/Opera is an asset.
  • Availability: Have availability to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, overnights, and public holidays.
  • Work Rights: Must have working rights in Australia.
