Client Relationship Manager, Business Development

About the Role
Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company, delivering high-stakes, high-value payments across the global education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries. We're looking for a seasoned Relationship Manager to drive and execute our solution to partner institutions in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and operational stakeholders to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Present products and services to clients in an informative, educational, and consultative manner.
- Lead integration projects to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to adopt.
- Create strategic account plans to maximize utilization, growth, and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve client payment problems and provide accurate updates to CRM.
- Monitor and report on utilization, payers, and revenue.
- Escalate and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular reviews with the customer success team to ensure product and service satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international business development, account management, or client success, preferably in international higher education, education management, or payments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address and support all levels, including senior executives.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills in a multicultural environment.
- Problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, management, or equivalent.
