Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Place Dandenong. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
- Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
- Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
We're seeking a Registered Nurse who is resilient, compassionate, and has a whole lot of heart. You will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach
- Recognised tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
