
Financial Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project coordination team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of photovoltaic plant projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and prepare project budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Analyze monthly costs allocations, actuals, and accruals to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct variance analysis of monthly movements and budget vs forecast to optimize financial performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
- Update project cash flow forecasts to reflect changing project circumstances.
- Review and recommend amendments to project coding structures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain close contact with contracts administrators to ensure contract data is accurately reflected in the cost system.
- Support Project Managers with subcontractor's progress claims documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Finance, postgraduate studies in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering industry.

- Previous experience in cost controlling throughout the project lifecycle.
