Project Coordination and Financial Support Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly organized individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator and Financial Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the project manager to provide administrative support for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Administration:
    • Work in tandem with the project manager to deliver successful projects by providing administrative assistance as needed.
    • Coordinate logistics, ensuring seamless project progression.
    • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and communication with stakeholders.
  • Financial Assistance:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely payment processing.
    • Prepare and review financial reports, maintaining transparency and accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in project administration or bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and record maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
