A Project Coordinator is required to support a commercial builder in Queensland and New South Wales. The role involves assisting with planning, program tracking, and site coordination for various projects across the health, education, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with project planning, progress tracking, and site management
- Review project scopes, tender responses, and draft contract documentation
- Monitor project finances and provide financial reporting to the PM
- Attend meetings with consultants and assist in resolving design issues
- Support early bid and tender processes
- Contribute to project documentation, HSEQ tracking, and reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience delivering new build commercial construction projects for a Head Contractor
- Longevity in former roles as a Contract Administrator or Senior Project Coordinator
- Experience working on education, health, hospitality, or institutional building projects
- Understanding of project financials, contract administration, and site coordination
- A growth mindset and desire to build a long-term career in project delivery
