About the Role:

Challenge Community Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Caregiver Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough reviews of caregiver services, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

As the Caregiver Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular reviews of caregiver services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver compliance.
  • Supporting caregivers through the authorization process and providing guidance on compliance requirements.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for caregivers.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

About You:

  • Qualifications in a related field, such as social work or community services, or relevant experience in the child welfare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with caregivers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with client management systems and databases, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Required checks: A current Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and full COVID vaccination status.
