About the RoleWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering critical specialist services for the Narrabri Underground Coal mine in NSW.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, project management, business development, and technical skills, including injection plans, training, and safety leadership. They will also have experience in procurement, communication, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects, manage workforce, provide budget estimates, and report to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients to understand and deliver their needs.
- Develop and implement effective controls, facilitate risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Procure and manage products and stock, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with operators, managers, clients, and corporate teams.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in Underground Coal Industry.
- Proven experience in Longwall Process works.
- Experience in Ventilation works.
- Experience in Polymeric Chemical Application.
- Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets.
- Valid & current drivers licence.
- Right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate).
