**Regional Labour Mobility Expert**

This position plays a critical role in driving and managing labour mobility initiatives across the Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of transparency and diversity, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve success, and building collaborative relationships with regional stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical expertise and project management to ensure the achievement of programme deliverables and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Labour Sending Units (LSUs) and regional partners.
  • Lead country-level planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or at least 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience using communications for strategic advocacy.
  • Strong operational and strategic skills, with a focus on achieving timely and effective delivery of programme outcomes.
