Job Title: Training Support Manager
">Pacific Labour Mobility Programs:
The role is responsible for developing, implementing and delivering tailored training and mentoring programs to assist Labour Sending Units (LSUs) in participating sending countries and other stakeholders to ensure effective engagement in Pacific Labour Mobility programs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and support of high-quality pre-departure briefings for departing workers from all sending countries and facilitate the roll-out of any subsequent versions or updates.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the PDB to inform future changes.
- Work closely with Programme Managers in each sending country and Labour Sending Units on annual planning and LSU Capacity Assessment to better understand the training and support requirements for each respective Labour Sending Unit.
- Investigate and advise sending country governments on strategies for addressing identified training needs beyond the scope of the programme.
- Provide updates on training activities and initiatives to sending country governments as requested.
