We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client site, ensuring all premises are maintained to a high standard.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of facilities management experience and a good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation and project-related financial management.
- You will be responsible for delivering efficient and cost-effective FM services across a portfolio of properties, ensuring each property is compliant with relevant codes and standards.
- Manage the HSE program, provide annual HSE inspections, and work with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, manage, and update the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and other Team members.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and risk management procedures/compliance, asset management, and other agreed premises management initiatives.
- Pro-actively report on potential energy efficiency improvements and monitor once implemented.
- At least 2 years facilities management experience.
- Good working knowledge of the current Health & Safety at work Act.
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
