We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our successful sales team, focusing on General Practitioners and allied healthcare professionals.

About the Role
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving unit growth and increasing market share by exceeding sales targets.
  • You will organise and execute educational functions within the allocated budget, meeting the required standards for sales calls.
  • Plan and coordinate events, such as dinner presentations and medical center luncheons, to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with the territory team to achieve collective success.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Hold tertiary qualifications, ideally in Science, Medicine, or Business.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in Respiratory or Diabetes is a plus, though not essential.
  • Pharmaceutical Expertise: Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Territory Management: Experience in field sales or territory management will be highly regarded.
  • Resilient & Persistent: Demonstrate resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Learning Aptitude: Show a keen ability to learn complex technical information and master selling techniques.
