Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Indigenous job seekers and provide guidance on career development and job search strategies
- Conduct assessments to identify job seekers' skills and strengths
- Develop and implement personalized career plans to help job seekers achieve their goals
- Build relationships with local Indigenous communities and stakeholders to promote Asuria's services
- Collaborate with other Asuria team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
What You'll Need:
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultural protocols and community needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Sound knowledge of employment services and job market trends
- Previous experience in a similar role or related field
