Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective mentoring strategies to support Indigenous job seekers
- Conduct regular check-ins with job seekers to monitor their progress and provide guidance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide cultural awareness and sensitivity training to job seekers and internal stakeholders
What You'll Need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
