About the Role

Our Customer Service Specialist plays a pivotal part in supporting our purpose by providing exceptional support and service to our retail customers.

This full-time role is based in Blacktown branch, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and their banking needs. You will challenge yourself daily to deliver sales and lending results, helping our customers achieve their financial goals through our great value products and services.

To be successful in this role, you need to have demonstrated work experience in a complex customer service or sales environment, with a passion for:

- Challenging yourself to go above and beyond with each customer conversation
