Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead financial due diligence projects, assess risks and business strengths, and align findings with client investment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading FDD projects, analysing financial statements, and preparing deal-focused reports and presentations. They will also be able to manage client relationships and collaborate with senior leaders to address engagement and transaction risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial due diligence projects to assess risks and business strengths.
  • Analyse financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management.
  • Prepare deal-focused reports and presentations highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements.
  • Manage client relationships and meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to address engagement and transaction risks.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a FDD role, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with data analytics and visualisation software (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
