Chief Transaction and Advisory Lead

This leadership role requires a proven track record in managing complex commercial transactions that drive transformative projects forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating significant deals involving government land to support key priorities, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders within government and externally.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic negotiation and project execution for high-value transactions
- Lead negotiations and deliver projects with high standards of governance and risk management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide timely and high-level advice to senior leaders
The successful candidate will have expertise in real estate, transaction structuring, project delivery, and performance management. They will be able to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of governance and risk management, while delivering transformative outcomes for Queensland.
