Senior Financial Analyst - Transaction Advisory Role

Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial due diligence services for private equity investors and corporate clients.

Job Description
  • Engage in transaction advisory roles, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial analysis and insights.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance, identifying key business drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial due diligence reports.
  • Analyse complex financial data, identifying trends and areas for optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the transaction advisory or consulting industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other data analytics tools.
  • A willingness to travel, as required.
