Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hazard Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the project.

This position ensures all project activities are delivered in accordance with legislative, client, JV, and company requirements. The Hazard Management Specialist will lead implementation of the project's HSE Management Plan, promote a proactive safety culture, and oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring project activities meet environmental obligations under legislation, client contracts, and environmental management plans. This includes coordinating environmental audits, inspections, and reporting, as well as liaising with environmental consultants, regulators, and client representatives.

In addition, the Hazard Management Specialist will oversee implementation of the Quality Management Plan, ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards, and coordinate internal audits and third-party audits.

The role also involves managing the HSEQ reporting system, preparing HSEQ reports, and maintaining and improving the integrated management system and project-specific HSEQ documentation.
