Job Description

As a Hazardous Materials/Occupational Hygiene Project Manager, you will be part of our specialist WHS team where you can grow your career by managing projects for clients. You'll be mentored by industry experts and work on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hazmat and occupational hygiene site inspections.
  • Engage with clients and contractors.
  • Prepare technical reports.
  • Manage projects from start to finish.

You'll have the opportunity to excel in the profession of Hazardous Materials & Occupational Hygiene, with training and support from highly qualified professionals. Our team works alongside environmental scientists & engineers, geologists & hydrogeologists, and remediation and waste management consultants on a wide variety of projects.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated technical skills and experience in managing hazmat/asbestos/occupational hygiene projects.
  • Strong technical report writing skills.
  • Excellent client relationship building skills.
  • A team player with a passion for sharing specialist technical knowledge.
  • The ability to travel to regional and rural sites as required.
  • Work rights in Australia.

Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) accreditation or provisional membership with the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygiene is an advantage.
