Hazardous Materials Specialist

As a specialist in hazardous materials, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and inspections of commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and residential properties. Your primary goal is to identify potential hazards and ensure that clients comply with relevant regulations.
This role requires strong technical expertise, particularly in asbestos and hazardous materials. You will need to conduct airborne fibre monitoring during remediation projects, compile detailed reports on your findings, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting audits and inspections, preparing technical reports, and working independently in the field. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
You will also be required to wear protective equipment and travel to regional locations as needed. While an Asbestos Assessor license is not mandatory, it is desirable for candidates who wish to advance their careers in this field.
