Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Retail Jewellery Assistant to join our team in a Full Time capacity at our Phoenix Park store.

The successful candidate will accurately perform day-to-day transactions in the Jewellery department, ensuring KPI targets for their department are met by researching pricing and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately perform day-to-day transactions in the Jewellery department
  • Ensure KPI targets for your department are met by researching pricing and features
  • Create and maintain relationships with both new and existing loyal customers
  • Work closely with all departments across the store

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a retail environment
  • Strong communication skills that build rapport, trust and demonstrate compassion
  • An interest in Jewellery
  • Confidently negotiate with customers for a win/win outcome
  • Able to get creative and put your visionary excellence into merchandising store displays and hot zones
