About the role

Koro Fine Australian Jewellery is looking for a Casual Jewellery Retail Assistant to join our team in our Perth store. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting our customers with their jewellery purchases. Our retail assistants play a crucial part in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our clients
  2. Assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have
  3. Processing sales transactions and cash handling
  4. Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring products are displayed neatly
  5. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  6. Completing other duties as assigned to support the overall store operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure products are displayed beautifully
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, Monday to Saturday, day time only.
  5. A passion for high-quality Australian jewellery and a desire to share that passion with our customers
