Role Description

As a Senior Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant at Ecali Fine Jewellery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our prestigious family-owned boutique in Subiaco. We are a small team who are very conscious of a work life / home life balance. This can be a full-time role or part time role and will be crucial in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our discerning clientele.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalised recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional, personalised service.
  • Client relationship management experience is preferred to foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through significant emotional purchases such as engagement and wedding rings.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our exclusive jewellery collections
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
  • Maintain an impeccable store appearance and ensure product displays are visually appealing
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience in either luxury retail or jewellery industry is sufficient to meet our requirements
  • Weekend availability is required as part of your flexible working schedule.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a premium shopping experience
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the unique features of our jewellery
  • Comprehensive jewellery product training will be provided from the beginning as no prior product knowledge is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to maintaining store presentation standards
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • A team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous
  • Certification in Gemology or Jewellery Design is a plus
