**Job Overview:**

  • We seek a Retail Jewellery Assistant for our Belmont store in a Full Time capacity.
  • This role is based in our Jewellery Department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately process day-to-day transactions in the Jewellery department.
  • Evaluate KPI targets by researching pricing and product features.
  • Built relationships with new and existing loyal customers.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments across the store.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior customer service experience preferably within a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills building rapport, trust and demonstrating empathy.
  • An interest in Jewellery.
  • The ability to negotiate confidently with customers for mutual benefit.
  • Creativity in merchandising store displays and hot zones.
