Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and providers.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

You will be working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and provide solutions, ensuring that our high standards of service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from clients/providers/key support people and address their inquiries.
  • Resolve client/provider concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children Check WA (or able to obtain).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook.
