We are seeking an exceptional client-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding service throughout their policy/claims lifecycle.
  • Lead client meetings, including discussions on uninsured risks, to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of client enquiries, providing clear communication at all stages.
  • Contribute to developing new business opportunities by identifying cross-selling and up-selling potential.
  • Coordinate the processing of quotations, new business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring seamless transaction management.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for clients and insurers, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Provide general broking and technical support to senior colleagues, driving overall team success and growth.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Tier 1/2 qualification or Diploma in Insurance Broking, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Show a commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, driven to contribute directly to key performance indicators impacting client retention, revenue, and satisfaction.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, taking initiative to ensure efficient portfolio management and growth.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay focused under pressure.
  • Excel in effective communication (verbal and written) for engagement at all levels, from senior executives to clients and colleagues.
  • Bring previous experience in broking and client-facing relationships, leveraging this expertise to drive success in this role.
