Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Roster Management Specialist. This position is responsible for managing multiple temp rosters across various blue collar roles.

The successful candidate will schedule client services, coordinate, and allocate shifts to the appropriate staff. They will also handle inbound and outbound calls servicing enquiries and address day-to-day urgent situations that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee schedules and work assignments
  • Schedule client services and allocate shifts to staff members in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Address urgent situations as they arise, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts or other issues
  • Perform data entry and general administration tasks to support the team
Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously, making decisions and taking initiative when necessary
