The Role


We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in creating memorable shopping experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Driving a customer-focused culture and converting interactions into sales through product knowledge demonstration
  • Embracing the fun nature of the brand and creating a welcoming environment for all
  • Engaging and empowering the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
  • Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs while driving operational excellence


About You


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a successful retail Store Manager
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs
  • A natural leadership ability connected to the learning and development of an engaged team
  • The ability to retain technical product knowledge and demonstrate your passion for the Allkinds approach
  • A larger-than-life personality to confidently connect with customers

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (depending on location)
