Job Title:
A Lead Generation Specialist is required to develop and canvass new sales leads with clients via phone, social media, and digital marketing approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sector research and market mapping/profiling to identify targeting strategy and addressable market.
- Influence key decision makers to create new business opportunities for lead generation.
- Enhance Compass Group Australia and sector profiles through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support and create marketing content development to drive sector-based targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with BD leads to ensure clear and consistent messaging to clients.
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of respective markets and sub-sectors.
- Report on prospecting activity, including communications and engagement breakdown.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders.
