We seek an experienced Lead Generation Team Leader to join our renewable energy company, assisting with team development and working towards expansion internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of renewable energy lead generators to achieve KPI targets in face-to-face sales environments.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the renewable energy industry or direct sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
