This is a varied business-facing position with multiple responsibilities. You will manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, and permissions. Additionally, you will configure and customise the platform, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Salesforce ecosystem, optimising business processes and increasing user adoption.
- Configure and customise the platform, including custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
- Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable solutions and enhance our Salesforce experience.
We are looking for an intuitive problem-solver with a passion for all the amazing solutions Salesforce enables. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, specialising in Service Cloud and Field Service solutions. They should be proficient in CRM Analytics and possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and delivering platform enhancements with a proactive mindset. They will also have experience in change management, technical documentation, and implementing Salesforce configuration changes to optimise functionality.
SalaryBased on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be between $90,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
