At ERM, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. As a leading sustainability consulting firm, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio.
  • Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with client needs and Salesforce platform capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for ongoing support, expansion of services, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
  • Strong experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and integration techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
