The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Infrastructure and Cloud sales team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the IT industry, building and developing client relationships, and selling multiple vendor solutions, consulting services, and managed service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and bring in new business, focusing on the mid-market segment (100-1,000 seats).
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, technical staff, and strategic vendors to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business.
- Communicate the value of our solutions to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers.
- Identify business problems and align them to solutions in areas such as Cloud, Connectivity, Networking, Security, Datacentre, Productivity, and Backup & Recovery.
- Understand customer pain points and have an honest and transparent approach.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a sales professional in information technology.
- Demonstrated experience selling large complex IT solutions at a Mid-Market level.
- Well-developed business acumen with creative sales and negotiation skills to handle complex scenarios.
- Passion for building long-term customer relationships and excellent customer service.
- A supportive, collaborative, and respectful environment.
