We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying new clients. You'll create and manage leads through the sales pipeline, track progress towards meeting activity metrics and sales goals, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate outreach for new programs, messaging, campaigns, and offerings.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales prospecting experience through social media, cold calling, and emails
  • Core sales skills related to initiating conversations, uncovering basic needs, connecting needs to high-level IT services and solutions, and driving interest in continued discussion with sales team members
  • Previous experience with an IT Systems Integrator, MSP, or vendor is highly desirable
  • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • A desire to learn and grow in IT sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
