Business Development Manager

About the Role
Your role will be to develop new business and maintain client relationships, selling industry-leading RPA solutions within a high-profile IT consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify key sectors, organisations, and individuals.
- Lead prospect calls, meetings, and product demos to educate and qualify leads.
- Cultivate early-stage relationships with prospects to ensure they understand the benefits of automation.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and grow the sales and customer base.
Requirements
- Experience selling software-based solutions, preferably in automation software.
- Proven sales experience in technology solutions, such as ERP solutions.
- An existing network of decision-makers at Australian medium to large organisations.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship development skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
