This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Audiologist, with a proven track record in training and development. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Audiology team receives best-in-class training, which will enable them to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

  • You will coordinate and coach the Amplifon Audiology Training Team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • You will develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients and drive business outcomes.
  • You will work closely with HR to track and coordinate new joiners, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • You will review feedback and areas of improvement proposed by the wider team, using this information to inform future training initiatives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Audiology, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Training experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A passion for training and service excellence, with a focus on delivering outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A creative approach to training design, with experience in developing engaging e-learning modules.
